Sandy,

I can no longer serve as a member of Youth Alliance’s Board of Directors. The constant push to take actions which will prematurely rock the boat of the organization have increased my liabilities too far. I had wanted to stay until the very end, but at some point I have to look at my own liabilities, and each time I seem to do something to decrease my liability, another one of the exact same nature arises. I give you my resignation with a heavy heart, and wishes that you will have a bright future.
