Three Down - One to Go!

The physics exam is over. There were too many questions on impedence and I couldn’t get the complex numbers to obey me. However, it’s done, and I think I did alright. Time will tell, though. In any case, it’s done. Now all I have to do is two projects for physics this week, since last week we realized that we needed to get moving on that. It will suck, especially with the programming languages homework due on Thursday, as usual. I shall survive, however.

The term papers are done, now, too. That makes me happy. The lesbian paper turned out to be a lot better than I expected. I probably was able to write that paper easier than the religion one I wanted to do. The religion one would have been more interesting, though.

Dustin got me started on Kings of Chaos. I’m excited to try and play this, because it reminds me of all of the pen-and-paper RPGs that we used to play in high school. It’s nice nostalgia. Besides, I was thinking of a game along similar lines on my head about a year ago, however, I never implemented it because I don’t think that I quite have the skill to take on a project of that size (not to mention other things). This should be cool, though.

Keep On Trucking

I am one step closer now. I have discussed my term paper with my professor, revised, and I think I’m only a few small tweaks away from the final version. My professor told me that he appreciated all of the extra reading required for my project, and all of the writing that I have done for him this semester. He said that I show talent as a writer. That made me feel good. I guess it means that someone of actual authority on the matter thinks that I have enough of a grasp on the English language to describe my thoughts in a concise manner.

All that remains is to cram for my physics exam. I will probably spend a few hours at Dean’s tonight just studying. Maybe he’d let me explain the topics to him as I went along. That would be helpful for me, and maybe even interesting for him. I’m mad nervous about this exam. If I can study some tonight and a little tomorrow night, that will be equivalant to one night’s study. Factor in Sunday and Monday, and I’ll almost have the typical physics test study routine (in hours). I won’t quite have it, but it will be something similar to what I normally do. With that, I’m off to see him.
