And They Were Singin’…

Last night Luke and I studied for programming languages. We went through the study guide and checked off things as we decided that we had a grasp on them. I feel somewhat better about this exam. I’m still nervous for it, but it will be over soon enough though.

When I got home last night I found out that the car salesman had called. He told us about all of the new things in the car and said that he couldn’t come down to what I was asking. I was cool with it. Then they told me that not long after he called again. Apparently he had called corporate, and they told him to sell the car even if it was at a loss so that they could have another car for this short, ill-weathered month; so he matched my price exactly. I’m very excited because I liked the car, and more importantly, I finally have a car to call my own again.

Tonight I have a board meeting for Youth Alliance, supplimental instruction for physics, and a miracle session to finish studying for the exam. I’m vaguely worried about the amount of sleep I’m going to get, but I’ll have to just see how fast things get accomplished. I may not get my reading assignment done for Thursday, which is a shame considering I am completely caught up on my reading for both classes as of today.

Thursday evening I have to sign loan documents, probably do extra reading, and I have a meeting for Youth Alliance where we can hopefully win funding to provide young, gay men with education about safer sex and sexually transmitted diseases. Of course, this is all after class, which runs fr 9:30 in the morning to 3:30.

Friday is Dean’s birthday, so I have to get the car at the dealership, hopefully pick up his present, go to dinner, then to the Funnybone at 10 p.m., and after that I have a web page due for YSS by Saturday! I’m certainly going to be busy for a while, now.
