A New Day
Today was alright. I mostly knew what was going on my physics quiz today. Of course, it was just “analyze this wave.” Unfortunately, two of the equations that I needed were not on the equation sheet at all. Still, the rest was very easy. That made me feel good. I also got an e-mail from Diana saying that a group of students is going to talk to the head of the deptartment about the professor’s workload.
In Asian American studies I have to do a research paper like in US Latino studies. However, there is a difference. In the Asian American studies class, he actually suggested anime as a topic for a research paper. I think I’m going to do that, because it interests me and should make for a better paper. In US Latino studies, I have to write about an author, which will be somewhat more difficult. I’m excited about the anime research paper. I think it should have pictures.
At about five this evening, Beth, Luke, and I worked on our programming languages homework and went out for supper afterwards. We didn’t get out of Perkins until 8:30! I really did not plan on being out that late, but it was still a good time.
When I got home, I worked on the Youth and Shelter Services web site a bit. I’ve had to stop, however, because I don’t completely understand the instructions. I know that if they’re what I think they may be, I don’t have time to do them this evening and still read thirty pages about growing up Latino in America.
That said, I need to read.
