Worus

Today I went to exchange my wireless ethernet card for a wireless bridge. I got a nice Linksys one that’s all blue and pretty. I got home this evening and I was going to hook it up. Unfortunately, the power cord doesn’t fit into the power slot! Furthermore, there’s no USB port on the back. The wierd part is that the model number is the one on the box, and teh box and manual say there should be one. Plus it came with a USB cable. I’m going to exchange it and make for fucking sure that I get the right thing this time!

While I line for the exchange at Best Buy, Beth called me on my cell phone. She wanted to know if Dean and I wanted to do dinner with her and Jessie H. I told her that I would find out if we were going to dinner with Carol this evening after Star Trek: Nemesis. I called Dean, and he instead asked her if she wanted to go to dinner. I know he meant for the best, but I just thought “smooth move, buddy.” So that was out as well.

“Rarr!” to nothing working in my life for the last week and a half. Why can’t something just go right?

I have no idea about plans for tomorrow. Maybe I’ll get started on Gasaraki? I guess I’ll have to see.
