The System is the Car
Wednesday, November 20th, 2002The physics test kicked my ass. I only had twenty minutes to do the last half of the test! The problems were harder than I had anticipated. I applied the CWE theorem lots, though. I even used the way that the solutions manual states it, “apply the CWE theorem” and “the CWE theorem becomes,” in my solutions. Of course, it was a multiple choice test, so it was kind of pointless. I enjyoed myself through those parts, though.
If I start studying for the final now, and I won’t, things would pan out fine. I’ll just do what I always do when it comes to school: work hard later; be it a good choice or a bad choice.
I picked up Metroid Prime this evening. All in all, the game is going to be awesome. What I don’t like, though, is that it is a first person shooter perspective. I hate that kind of perspective in games. Maybe once I get to Talon IV I’ll realize why it was done that way. I stand by saying that I have my doubts. The other bad things is that my fingers hurt from using the “L” and “R” keys so much. There’s lots of “locking onto” things, which means I have to hold them down. It’s not comfortable. Despite these minor annoyances, I’m happy to have Samus back!
