The System is the Car

The physics test kicked my ass. I only had twenty minutes to do the last half of the test! The problems were harder than I had anticipated. I applied the CWE theorem lots, though. I even used the way that the solutions manual states it, “apply the CWE theorem” and “the CWE theorem becomes,” in my solutions. Of course, it was a multiple choice test, so it was kind of pointless. I enjyoed myself through those parts, though.

If I start studying for the final now, and I won’t, things would pan out fine. I’ll just do what I always do when it comes to school: work hard later; be it a good choice or a bad choice.

I picked up Metroid Prime this evening. All in all, the game is going to be awesome. What I don’t like, though, is that it is a first person shooter perspective. I hate that kind of perspective in games. Maybe once I get to Talon IV I’ll realize why it was done that way. I stand by saying that I have my doubts. The other bad things is that my fingers hurt from using the “L” and “R” keys so much. There’s lots of “locking onto” things, which means I have to hold them down. It’s not comfortable. Despite these minor annoyances, I’m happy to have Samus back!

Mamu Mamu?

I’m very nervous about this physics test. The review that he went over in lecture today made sense. I feel okay about angular momentum now. I have no idea why. It just seems good. I did not attain the level of Physics Master last night, as I had hoped. I will continue to strive for that level of profficieny after class today. The exam is at 8 p.m., details at eleven.

Thanksgiving break is soon. All in all, I’m way excited. The icky part is that Thanksgiving break entails extra work, Metroid, Esperanto lessons, and lots of coding. As much as I enjoy coding, I don’t enjoy coding in Visual Basic. It’s too restrictive from all of the C-style langauges that I’m used to. Visual Basic doesn’t allow me to play with the machine’s memory (as far as I know), and that, amongst other things, is a sad, sad thing.

I came up with the idea for a new content management framework that combines all of my other neat ideas last night. Unfortunately, I have no time to implement it. Why is it that I only come up with these great ideas when I’m out of free time? I’ll never get it written now.

I am the Wind.
