Now Listening to: Moon Revenge
Sailor Moon R

My program works. I didn’t figure out the algorithm last night, because there was no algorithm. I just had to ask the consumers to take longer than the producers, so that the producer finished producing before the consumers have finished consuming. Mad skillz.

Work made me sad last night. Things were just overly frustrating. I left in a pretty icky mood. While coding last night, Beth somehow managed to cheer me up without trying. We weren’t talking about anything specific to cheer me up, just stuff that’s happened to us. Sometimes that’s the best medicine.

It’s moon revenge, ooo.

Now Listening to: Brilliant 2U
Dance Dance Revolution 2nd Mix
Non-stop Megamix

My program almost works. Almost. I can’t figure out why, and I’ve come to the conclusion that I won’t be figuring out how to tinker it correctly any time tonight. So, I’m going to go ahead and go to sleep. I come up with solutions when I go to sleep. One time I dreamed the solution to an entire sorting algorithm. To the point that I woke up, drove to a computer lab, and rewrote the entire thing from scratch–and it worked!
