Christmas Break Madness!

It’s been so long. There are reasons, though.

The biggest reason that I haven’t updated is because the Friday of finals week Chris and I went to a thing for NCCJ to support a kid who was talking at it and went to the mall afterwards. I decided that Chris could drag me to the mall to buy cheap software to entertain me for a brief while. While at the mall I had Rhapsody in my hands, because it looked halfway decent and I had the cash for it. Approaching the register I saw the Final Fantasy X strategy guide. I made a comment to Chris about th e guide not being useful until the game came out (this has happened with the last two or three games). The salesman goes, “Dude, the game is over there.”

I freaked out, and there was money spent. I sped home and started my new quest to save the world. It’s a really, really good game. A little linnear, but really, really good, nonetheless. I’m near the end of the game now, I can tell it. It’s been good times. I’m hoping to finish it soon.

Work and Dean have been other reasons that I haven’t updated. I’ve been busy wandering around from restraunt to restraunt for dinner and staying out entirely too late, only to work four hours after I get home (like Saturday).

The holiday party at Beth’s was good. The Youth Alliance one is in three days. I still don’t know if we have decorations.

I haven’t been thinking about a whole lot recently. I got a D in calculus. Apparently, the final was just as bad as I thought it was. I had a very solid C beforehand. Probably the worst thing about it is that I don’t really care. The man was an ass, and I’m ready, and even almost excited, to take the class again with someone that will make me enjoy math. Anyone else could motivate me to work harder at it next time.

New Year’s party at Chris’ last night. It was good times. Just kinda hanging out and talking in-between movies. I was really looking forward to getting to see Vero, but she didn’t feel well, so I didn’t get to see her. Hopefully soon. Xak showed up, too. He seemed just like I remember him. Unfortunately, he only stayed for a little while. Fortunately, his guest was freaking Dean and I out so his guest’s parting was fortunate.
