I got up early today, and, amazingly, it was good. There’s something about driving just before the sun is going to come up first thing in the morning that’s relaxing. I really liked it.
I went ahead and studied for my calculus test until it was about time to go. I’m feeling better about my test now. I just got done doing more studying, and it seems like I’m only making little mistakes at this point. He has a leanient enough grading scale that I should be able to pull a “C” out out of this class no problem. Mind you, that is far from my goal. I would like an “A,” or maybe a “B.” All I’m saying is that I should be able to get through the darned course.
My feet really hurt today. I went to work in dress shoes last night, which would have been fine for the most part. True, I had forgotten that the shoes do hurt my heels, but I wouldn’t have done that much walking anyway. Instead, they tried to get me to CSM (I have evil CSM powers now) for two hours. I gave them an hour of that time, and I’m now waddling around campus. It hurts to walk today, ick.
I’m excited, though, because I get to go to Best Buy tonight to get a new graphics card and hopefully 512 MB of RAM. There’s a limit of one 256 MB memory stick per customer, so I’m going to make Dean buy me another one with cash. I’m all excited. I’m still not sure exactly what I’ll do with all that RAM, but I’m sure the operating system can find something to do with it, even though I don’t really have problems right now with the 128 MB that I have. Still, cheap is cheap.
