I’m feeling much better today. I got a cute e-card from Kat, it’s the reason I feel better today. Warped Tour outlook is good. I’m all excited. I just have a slight soar throat today. No hot and cold flashes. I was worried I was going into labor or something yesterday.

Legend of Mana was fun. I wish I had more time to play it, but I really don’t. The game has the same composer as Parasite Eve, Yoko Shimamura. Shimamura is an excellent composer and the Legend of Mana soundtrack alongside the Parasite Eve soundtrack shows her ability to cross different genres of music very easily. The game looks like it was hand drawn and painted with watercolors. I know that they’ve done that in the past with other games, and I can tell you that if that’s the case for this game: it’s beautiful. Sure, a bit cartoon-ish, but that’s what Seiken Densetsu is all about.

I’ve got lots of things to do today before I go to work. I’m still hoping I can make it over to Windsor Heights for a haircut or maybe leave for work early and get one done at the salon there.

Now Listening to: What It Feels Like For A Girl
Madonna

So I’m not feeling well. Not at all. I won’t go into symtoms at the moment (we can save that for later), but the doctor thinks that I either have strep throat or mononucleosis. I called into work today. Jen was very nice about it. I have to wonder if they think I’m lieing, but whatever. I’ve never called in sick. I had no absences at work last year or the year before, so I don’t feel too bad. I rented a game to occupy me for the next twelve or so hours.

Maybe I’ll give someone a call later or something to occupy my time. Je ne sais pas.
