I was with this girl (I forget who) and we were hanging out. Suddenly Thomas Brown (an Iowa State student, ex-Wal-Mart associate) is talking to me on Tandy Struble’s (Wal-Mart associate) phone. Tandy’s with Thomas somewhere, but I don’t know where, considering they were talking to me on the phone. Of course, it was Tandy’s phone, which makes no sense. Don’t ask about the physics of my dreams, it never works out.

At this point, I’m just trying to last another two hours. Another hour at least. The day was interesting. I finished my papers at about 9:45 a.m. I got ready for the day and turned them in around 11:30 a.m. I talked to some people in my French class about how the professor was strange. It was pretty funny. Around noon I went to Ankeny to check my work schedule, get No Doz, a folder for English, and lunch. The whole drive there and back was sponsored by Madonna dance remixes. Over, and over. This kept me awake behind the wheel.

In class I didn’t hardly have the strength to write. Every time I turned a corner I was getting dizzy for a while, there. I got better sometime between calculus and English, which I was late for. My group thought that I had fallen asleep somewhere. They were kind of worried, because we were supposed to present today and I hadn’t shown. I did get there, though, with minor delay. The presentation went well.

When I came home I stayed awake for a while longer, and hung out around home. Home-ness all over. I went to sleep sometime around 5:30 p.m. and slepf for about four hours. I figure I should stay awake now so that I sleep late enough tomorrow that I can be okay at work. Good luck to me, if I do say so myself. All in all, though, I am doing pretty well. Awakeness and all that.
