So I finally uploaded those famed photos to the photos section. I have learned a lesson from all this: I need imaging software.

It’s Friday. The weather is bad. It snowed this morning and the wind picked up this afternoon. The east-west roads are not too pretty. Needless to say Xak and I cancelled going to a punk show we were planning on because it took I-235 (the east-west freeway ) to get there. So now I have nothing to do.

My mom told me today the story about the 13 year-old Floridian boy who got sentenced to fourty years in prison because he was showing a 6 yaer-old girl WWF moves and killed her. He was tried as an adult. I believe the boy’s mother turned down a plea bargain for him (if this is inaccurate, I’d like to know). That’s just wrong. If the boy is being tried as an adult he should have every right of an adult when inside the court room. Instead his mommy had to decide for him. In my mind that’s just an injustice. We can give the child an adult’s responsibility when it comes to punishment, but when it comes to decision making he can’t have that very same responsibility. The child was only thirteen. He could have been such a productive member of society. Instead he will be in prision until he is fifty-three. Fifty-three. Can you even imagine that? His whole life is ruined. By the time he gets out of prison he will have to work until the day he dies because he had a distorted perception of the media.
